Sales Tax Sales tax is required for all orders shipping within Canada. As we are located in Burnaby BC,
- orders shipping within British Columbia will be charged GST (6%) and PST (7%) in sales tax;
- orders shipping to Alberta, Saskatoon, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut will be charged GST (6%) in sales tax;
- orders shipping to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador will be charged HST (14%) in sales tax;
- orders shipping international will not be charged with tax.
Processing Time You can expect your order to be processed within one business day, when your order is placed by 2pm Pacific Standard Time, provided that the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Whenever possible, items will be shipped out the same the order is received. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Back Orders Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Your order will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. No additional shipping fees will be charged.
Order Status Alpha Health Products Ltd will confirm your order via e-mail, once it is received. Security Whether you are placing an order by phone or the internet, security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the internet or by phone, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security. Privacy ALpha Health Products Ltd respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mail you will receive from Alpha Health Products Ltd are updates to any recent orders. Change Orders You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been shipped. Please call during business hour to change your order, and always have your order ID ready. There will be an 8% of the difference charge back fee for order reductions. Please never request change order via Email as we may not receive it in time. Cancel Order You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business hours to cancel your order. As your account has already been charged, there will be a deduction of an 10% charge back fee and you will receive a credit back after such deductions to your account within approximately 1-2 business days. Please never request cancel order via Email as we may not receive it in time. Return Policy Unused items and items returned for verifiable manufacturing defects may be returned within 15 days of delivery, for 100% refund on the cost of the returned items. There are no refunds for returned books or videos. There is a 15% restocking fee for all other returned items. **NOTE: ALPHA HEALTH PRODUCTS LTD CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM ALPHA HEALTH PRODUCTS LTD. RETURNS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OTHER VENDORS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. FOR ITEMS NOT PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM ALPHA HEALTH PRODUCTS LTD, PLEASE CONTACT THE VENDOR FOR THEIR RETURN POLICIES. Exchange/Return Details:
- Call (800)663-2212 (Canada, toll-free) or (604) 436-0545 (international) to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Place the Return Authorization Number prominently on the return label of the shipping carton.
- All returned items must be in unused condition and must be accompanied by all original contents. Missing contents will result in a reduced credit amount. All warranty cards must be left blank. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers box that has not been defaced or altered in any way.
- Purchaser is responsible for shipping to our warehouse at: 7434 Fraser Park Drive, Burnaby BC, V5J 5B9, Canada.
- Credit for returns are usually processed within 30 days from the date we receive the merchandise, and posted to the appropriate credit account.
