Heart Attacks & Warm Water - Preventing It - news

November 6, 2009

Dear Friend
Klaus Kaufman, D.Sc. Troph., a well known medical writer and good friend of mine sent me this short article that takes 2 minutes to read.

His intentions to keep the article short, I am sure, are well meant; however, I believe you would find it most interesting why we get those nasty blood clots in the first place, and how we can easily avoid their formation.

I’ll explain it to you at the end. You’ll be surprised how nature works.

I'm forwarding this to all persons I care about - and I hope you will too!

Cheers,

Siegfried

Heart Attacks And Drinking Warm Water

This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about Heart Attacks.

The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not coldwater, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.

Common Symptoms Of Heart Attack...

A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.

You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep.

Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better the chance to survive.

A cardiologist says, if everyone who reads this message sends it to 10 people, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.Read this & send it to a friend. It could save a life.

So, please be a true friend and send this article to all your friends you care about.

Siegfried's Comments:

The easiest way to explain, why blood clots form in the first place, is because our body cannot properly metabolize animal source (long chain) saturated fats, which the above author refers to as ‘oily sludge’. This undigested animal fat also ends up as triglycerides (blood fat) in the arteries causing damage and making the cells sticky.

The reason is the higher melting points of certain fats. While the human body temperature is fairly constant at 98.6ºF or 37ºC, the body temperatures of cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs are higher at 100-103 °F or 38–41 °C, meaning that fat which is liquid in their bodies stays hard at the lower temperature of the human body. Doesn’t that remind you of some fats that sticks to your gums and can only be washed down with a hot drink?

This is why in bible times the priest was not allowed to pass out the sacrificed meat to the people until all the fat had burned off on the altar. Therefore the warning as it says in the scriptures, “If any man eats the fat, ……. he shall perish out of His people.
Leviticus 7,25”.

If a saturated fat does not melt in your hand, it will not be liquid in your body either and will cause havoc. may that be beef tallow, shortening or Margarine. Artificially hardened hydrogenated fats like vegetable shortening with trans-fats, has a melting point of 40ºC. Unnatural refined Omega 6 oils are even are even a greater health hazard, as they cause inflammation in the arteries leading to high blood pressure and cholesterol problems and finally heart disease.

Butter is an exception, as it is a secreted and not a body fat. It will also melt in your hand. Butter is easily digested and does not tax the liver.

Virgin Coconut oil; it is easily digested and does not require any pancreatic enzymes to be metabolized. Coconut oil is made up of medium chain fatty acids with a low melting point of 25ºC. It is known to help prevent heart disease by reducing inflammation in the arteries, by preventing the blood platelets to form clots and stick to the walls of the arteries.

Likewise all natural unrefined seed oils, like flax, hemp, walnut, pumpkin seed and olive oil, will prevent the blood cells stick to each other, that is not forming clots and keep blood pressure normal. With these healthy fats and oils, including butter, there is no need to drink warm water in order to keep the fats liquid in your body.
